Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Green Homes Sales Executive at buildAhome in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting green home construction services, engaging with potential clients, providing consultations, preparing quotes, and closing sales deals. The role involves understanding client requirements, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills

Knowledge of green building practices and sustainable construction

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to understand client needs and offer customized solutions

Experience in the real estate or construction industry

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field
