Senior Full Stack Developer

KEY JOB PURPOSE:

To develop scalable hybrid applications that are perfectly optimized as per functionality and for the end user.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full Stack Developer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in both front-end and back-end development using Flutter, Dart, and other relevant technologies. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Design and build advanced applications for the Flutter platform according to desired specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and bottlenecks.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in mobile app development.
• Familiarity with web, iOS, desktop and android development platform
• Optimize app performance, including load times, responsiveness, and memory usage.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews.
• Experience with continuous integration and development.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• Maintain Trainual completion rate of at least 95%
• All objectives are completed scrum deadlines and cycle times.
• Consistently produces Code of high quality.
• Provide with code documentation wherever necessary.
• Identifies and resolves exception handling ensuring a module is stable and functional for release and merging.
• Software released is fit-for-purpose and reliable. Acceptance level should be at par.
• Using VCS. Data committed on Bit-Bucket on regular basis. Skipping percentage should be 5%
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Zeal for improving learning curve

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing hybrid architecture. Preferable flutter.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile application development life cycle.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Proficient in Dart.
• Knowledge of modern OOPS concept and techniques, Agile methods, API's and JSON parsing.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Good communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to tackle complex challenges.
• High-level writing and documentation skills.
• Have published one or more mobile apps in Google Play or App Store.
