Job Description:

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of our FinTech mobile application. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications that align with our mission and vision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Development: Direct the design, development, and deployment of Flutter- based mobile applications, ensuring best practices for a scalable and maintainable codebase. UX/UI designers to define requirements, set timelines, and deliver high-quality applications on schedule.

• Fintech Expertise: Develop features that meet fintech industry standards and address the unique needs of financial applications.

• Architectural Design: Create secure, high-performance application architectures aligned with technical strategies.

• Ensure Quality: Implement thorough testing and address issues to deliver reliable, high-performing applications.

• Stay Updated: Keep up with Flutter and fintech industry trends, integrating new tools and technologies to enhance development processes.

• Should be Familiar with Figma & other wire framing tools.

Qualification:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development and 3 years of experience focus on Flutter.

• Proven experience working in the fintech industry with a strong understanding of financial applications and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework, with a solid understanding of state management, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Familiarity with backend technologies and services relevant to fintech applications.

• Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or a portfolio demonstrating advanced Flutter development skills.

Education:

B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, B.E-IT.
