Senior Manager - DevOps (10-18 yrs)

What We'll Need :

- A bachelors or masters degree in computer science or information technology.

- 10+ years of experience in DevOps/Software Development.

- Experience in continuous delivery creating and managing CI/CD processes.

- Experience in technical architecture of cloud-based solutions (preferably on AWS) and development/delivery of such solutions at scale.

- Hands-on experience in Linux, MongoDB, MySQL, Shell Scripting.

- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins.

- Understanding of microservices architecture.

- Experience in delivering projects and products in an agile way.

- Experience in BFSI/FinTech industry will be a plus.

- Ability to communicate clearly and with data points.

As Senior Manager of DevOps you can accelerate technological advancement by enabling efficient, collaborative, and rapid software development

What You'll Do :

- Lead and manage a team consisting of DevOps

- Streamline and optimise the delivery of different platforms/products, in terms of both throughput and quality, by promoting and embedding DevOps.

- Democratise and standardise DevOps processes and tools (CI/CD, Automated Provisioning) across the platforms.

- Hands-on development and delivery are expected apart from managing the team.

- Ensure project goals are achieved on time and in alignment with the stakeholder's expectations.

- Engage with clients to ensure smooth delivery of different products and platforms.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA team and information security team for an end-to-end delivery of product and platforms.

- Contribute to the overall running of the team, including hiring, training and nurturing talent.

- Manage a team of DevOps engineers which includes leads and young talented engineers.

- Be conversant with technical architecture to contribute to design discussions.
