AI Speech System Developer (2-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop an AI-based system for voice and speech processing using programming languages like Python and C++.

- Utilize deep learning techniques to train neural network models for speech analysis, synthesis and transformation.

- Conduct research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in the field of Conversational AI

- Optimize the performance of the voice and speech systems to ensure accuracy, speed, and scalability.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate the voice and speech systems into our products and services.

- Maintain the highest standards of security, reliability, and maintainability in the development process.

- Test and validate the system to ensure it meets the desired performance goals.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing AI-based systems with a focus on audio or speech-related applications.

- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and experience with deep learning frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of audio signal processing

- Knowledge of state-of-the-art deep learning models for speech processing, synthesis and transformation.

- Minimum 1 year experience in areas such as ASR, TTS, STS and Neural Style Transfer

- Experience with Voice Transfer would be a bonus

- Familiarity with cloud-based speech services would be advantageous.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
