Frontend Lead - AngularJS/React.js (3-5 yrs)

About the Job :

We are looking for a talented Frontend Lead with expertise in Angular and React to spearhead the design and development of scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications.

As a key member of the team, you will lead the frontend development efforts, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions across diverse domains such as digital marketing, music, and talent acquisition.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Web Application Development : Design, develop, and deploy robust and secure web applications with a focus on usability and performance.

- Frontend Development : Build responsive, high-performance applications using modern frameworks such as Angular and React.

- UI/UX Collaboration : Work closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces using tools like Figma.

- Backend Integration : Collaborate with backend teams using technologies like .NET Core, .NET, Node.js, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure to deliver seamless functionality.

- Architecture and Optimization : Implement scalable and maintainable solutions using Modular Monolith and Microservices architectures.

- Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) : Build or gain expertise in creating PWAs to enhance cross-platform user experiences.

- Product Development : Contribute to the development of innovative solutions in various domains, including :

- Digital Marketing : Managing digital assets, lead generation, and AI/ML-assisted lead qualification.

- Music Industry : Platforms for music distribution, artist validation, royalty management, and financial workflows.

- Talent Acquisition : AI-driven career improvement, networking, and talent verification.

- Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and offer technical support.

- Client Engagement : Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights.

- Fast Prototyping : Develop rapid prototypes to demonstrate concepts and gather feedback.

- Client Consulting : Act as a senior consultant for clients in industries like Health, Finance, Hospitality, Digital Marketing, and Music.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Experience : 3+ years of experience in frontend and web application development.

- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like Angular and React.

- Experience in integrating RESTful APIs and understanding security best practices.

- Familiarity with backend technologies such as .NET Core, .NET, and Node.js.

- Knowledge or willingness to learn Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding junior developers
