Job Title: Cosmetologist Doctor (Consultant & Performing Treatments Skin, Hair, Laser)

Job Location: Scala Clinic

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 (Based on Skills & Experience) + Attractive Incentives (Based on Monthly Sales Targets)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Working Days: Saturday & Sunday are mandatory working days
• Weekly Off: 1 day (Weekday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Patient Consultation & Diagnosis:
  
• Conduct in-depth consultations for skin, hair, and laser treatments.
• Assess patient concerns and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Explain procedures, expected results, and post-care instructions to patients.
• Performing Treatments:
  
• Perform advanced skin treatments like chemical peels, laser therapy, micro-needling, hydrafacials, etc.
• Provide expert hair treatments, including PRP, GFC, QR678, and non-surgical hair restoration.
• Execute laser hair reduction and other dermatological laser treatments safely and effectively.
• Sales & Business Growth:
  
• Promote clinic services and recommend suitable treatment plans to clients.
• Meet monthly sales targets to earn attractive incentives.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and maintenance for better results.
• Clinic Coordination & Compliance:
  
• Work collaboratively with other medical professionals and staff.
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in treatment procedures.
• Keep detailed patient records and treatment progress reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: BDS, BHMS, BAMS, or MD/Diploma in Cosmetology/Dermatology.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in skin, hair, and laser treatments.
• Skills:
• Strong consultation and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in performing aesthetic and dermatological procedures.
• Ability to upsell and achieve sales targets.
• Expertise in using laser and PRP-based treatments is a plus.
