Senior Web Developer and Team Lead (8-10 Lak INR)

Role Overview:
The Senior Web Developer will lead the team, oversee technical execution, and ensure the successful delivery of website maintenance, migration, and campaign microsite projects. This role requires expertise in Drupal, Shopify, headless CMS platforms, and e-commerce integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Lead the migration of 27 Drupal websites to a headless CMS (e.g., Strapi or Contentful).
• Oversee the integration of Shopify with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP.
• Provide guidance on frontend (React.js, Node.js) and backend development.
• Website Maintenance:
• Ensure timely updates to corporate websites, including stock exchange reports and journals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pricing updates, cart functionality, and content synchronization.
• Security and Compliance:
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Ensure websites comply with accessibility standards (e.g., ADA, EA Act).
• Team Management:
• Assign tasks to junior developers and monitor progress.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client for technical queries and updates.
• Campaign Microsites:
• Oversee the development of quick-turnaround campaign microsites.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and design standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in web development and CMS platforms (Drupal, Shopify, headless CMS).
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks (React.js, Node.js) and backend integrations (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP).
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and 3PL logistics integrations.
• Experience in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and accessibility compliance.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
