- Human Resources Management : Oversee all in-house HR functions, including recruitment, on boarding, training, and employee relations.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and performance evaluations.
- Employee Relations : Address staff queries and issues, maintain a positive and productive work environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Administrative Operations: Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Handle documentation, record-keeping, and office logistics.
- Financial Administration : Assist in preparing and managing the HR budget, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Problem-Solving Abilities : Develop effective solutions for HR and administrative challenges, improve workflows, and manage crises effectively.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is an advantage.
- Leadership and Team Management : Strong leadership skills to manage HR and administrative staff, coordinate with different departments, and ensure efficient operations.
- Adaptability and Flexibility : Ability to adapt to changing environments, handle unexpected challenges, and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Attention to Detail : Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations.
