OCA UI Developer - C2H (2-4 yrs)

Experience : 2+ years in UI Development.

Shift : EMEA.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and enhance web-based user interfaces using OCA (Open Core Architecture) frameworks.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.

- Implement responsive and adaptive design techniques for cross-platform compatibility.

- Optimize UI performance for speed and scalability.

- Follow best practices for coding, testing, and maintaining high-quality, maintainable code.

- Integrate UI components with backend services and APIs.

- Troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in OCA (Open Core Architecture) frameworks and tools.

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

- Experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Hands-on experience with UI/UX design principles and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Material UI, etc.).

- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous request handling.

- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).

- Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex).

- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
