Job Description

The Digital Discipline Engineer will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Enablon application. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of systems, API management, and connections with other systems such as CMMS. The successful candidate will support functional location management, troubleshooting, user support, and account creation and management. Additionally, the Digital Discipline Engineer will provide technical support to the Digital Discipline Manager in managing the service provider contract and will have a 360 vision of tools related to Control of Work, including Barrier Management, Operational Risk Assessment, and Field Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities;

• Manage and maintain the Enablon application.
• Understand and oversee system integrations, particularly with CMMS.
• Handle API management and connections with various systems.
• Manage and support functional locations within the systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
• Solving minor problems that users experience
• Provide user support and training as needed.
• Create and manage user accounts, ensuring proper access and permissions.
• Assist the Digital Solution Manager in managing the service provider contract.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of related Control of Work tools, such as Barrier Management, Operational Risk Assessment, and Field Operations.
• Tool and processes continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Academic :
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification in relevant systems or applications.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining business applications, preferably Enablon.
  • Experience with CMMS and functional location management
  • Experience in account creation and management
  • Comprehensive understanding of Control of Work tools, including Barrier Management, Operational Risk Assessment, and Field Operations.
  • Experience in the energy or industrial sector.
  • Project management skills and experience.
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years.
• SW or tools:
  • Strong knowledge of systems integration and API management. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
