EHS Officer @Haridwar

The EHS Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the pharmaceutical company complies with environmental, health, and safety regulations, standards, and practices. This role involves overseeing the implementation of EHS policies, performing risk assessments, conducting audits, ensuring employee safety, and minimizing the environmental impact of the companys operations.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and enforce EHS policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Deliver EHS training to employees.
• Investigate incidents and maintain records.
• Monitor environmental impact and manage waste disposal.
• Ensure emergency response plans are in place and employees are trained.
• Prepare reports on EHS performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Health & Safety, or related field.
• 4+ years of EHS experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
• Certifications in EHS (NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO) preferred.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct training and audits.
