Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies aligned with organizational objectives for NPS.
- Establish and maintain tie-ups and recruitment of agents.
- Drive pension agents to onboard retail customers effectively Source retail accounts through the website.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine retail strategies and enhance NPS product positioning.
- Responsible for the expansion of the channel network and direct retail account sourcing.
- Identify new retail partners and target segments to increase market penetration.
- Develop and execute plans to promote NPS products through financial advisors, online platforms, and personal networks.
- Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing partnerships and distribution channels.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- People management & communication skills.
- Customer relationship management & channel management.
- High level of integrity and accountability in all business dealings.
- Proficient in working on computers expertise in MS Excel MS PowerPoint.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Postgraduate/MBA from a reputed college/institution/ university specialization preferred in Marketing & Finance.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in retail management. Preference will be given to candidates with NPS experience.
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics, market trends, and customer needs.
