Assistant Manager - Vendor Management

Roles and Responsibilities

• Building and sustaining long lasting relationships with the vendors. 
• Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns. 
• Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality. 
• Handling various roles and responsibilities of Vendor Management department including assisting in procurement and processing of invoices and record keeping thereof. 
• Updating Contract terms of existing vendors. 
• Ensuring all vendor activities adhere to our company policies. 
• Establishing vendor performance standards to assess the performance of approved vendors. Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them. Troubleshooting any vendor issue. 
• Maintaining & updating all vendor documentation.  
• Procurement of various products/services through various method (RFP/Tender, RFQ, Quotation, Nomination basis etc)   
•  Drafting, floating and evaluation of RFP, RFQ, LRFP, Quotations etc. 
• Arrangement of reverse auction for discovery of price for procurement of Goods/services. 
• Tracking of delivery of products/services and ensure to complete it within timeline.  
• Monitor the Scrutinization\Settlement of all vendor payments (CAPEX & OPEX) on timely basis. 
• Prepare various reports/analysis for payments made to vendor or to be made. 
• Review/analysed the inventory managed by our TSP/ Partneres for PoS, SIMs, Paper rolls etc. 
• Prepare and put up the different kinds of report to management related to inventory. 
• Prepare various type of Reports/PPT/ documents and put up to Management on regular intervals or as and when required.
• Monitor the preparation of Monthly provision of vendors payment and analyze provision vs Actual.
