Deputy Manager - MF Ops - Reconciliation

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor of banking activities related to all types of payout banks

• Downloading of reverse feed and Statement and matching the same with payout feed as received from R&T Agent (CAMS).

• Preparation of Bank reconciliation and closing balance composition

• Rejection for the day reporting to internal team

• Payouts as well Collections reconciliation

• Coordination with the Auditor for Weekly and monthly certificate and resolution of queries as raised by them

• Ensuring timely reporting of reconciliation statement and other MIS to respective stake holders

Essential Skills Required

• Attentive, alert, proactive

• Should have experience of reconciling accounting / financial entries

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and self motivated

• Appropriate handling of sensitive information.

• Ability to interact with senior management on a regular basis

Eligibility Criteria

• Required to hold a professional accounting or finance degree

• Two to three years of experience in Mutual Fund Back Office Operations

• Basic understanding of Corporate Debt / Fixed income security markets

• Proficient in Advance Microsoft Excel & Word

• Good analytical and communication skills
