Developer(Java Struts & Spring, Oracle, SQL Server)

Job Description:

The Developer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet business requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while adhering to best practices and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development:

   • Create technical specifications and architecture documentation.

3. Testing and Debugging:

   • Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure the software meets quality standards.
   • Debug and resolve software issues to maintain application performance.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

   • Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver solutions on time.
   • Provide regular updates on project progress and address team queries.

5. Continuous Improvement:

   • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
   • Implement best practices to improve application performance and user experience.

6. Maintenance and Support:

   • Provide ongoing support for deployed applications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in software development.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, PHP, C#, or others.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and back-end technologies.
  • Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
