Purchase Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Purchasing of Aluminium and Engineering goods, Spares other material for instruments.

2. End to end Vendor Management.

3. Develop & maintain the cost-effective database critical or effective supply of required goods & Materials in ERP System.

4. Planning of purchase requirements as per purchase indent.

5. Preparation of P.O.

6. Monitoring of delivery& follow-ups with Suppliers/Vendors.

7. Negotiation with Vendors/Suppliers on contract terms of agreements & best pricing for best quality material.

8. Review quality of purchased product & prepare reports on purchased product including cost

analysing.

9. Knowledge of Letter of Credit
