About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead/Team Lead with strong expertise in .NET, Azure, and Angular/React to lead and mentor a team of developers while contributing to the design and development of complex software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, offering technical guidance and support.

- Conduct code reviews, address technical challenges, and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Define and implement technical strategies and project roadmaps.

Application Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET.

- Build cloud-native applications using Azure services such as Azure Web Apps, API Management, Functions, Storage, SQL, Cosmos DB, and DevOps tools.

- Leverage Angular or React for front-end development.

Project Management :

- Estimate project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure timely project completion.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define specifications, and mitigate risks.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated on new technologies and best practices.

- Drive improvements in development processes and team performance.

Required Skills :

.NET Development :

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/Framework, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

Azure Expertise :

- Hands-on experience with Azure Web Apps, API Management, Functions, Storage, SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure DevOps, Azure Search.

- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and microservices.

Front-end Technologies :

- Experience with Angular or React.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Database Skills :

- Proficient in SQL Server and Cosmos DB.

- Strong SQL and database design principles knowledge.

Team Leadership & Communication :

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Effective at mentoring and motivating team members.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer).
