We are looking for hard-working, passionate senior business analysts to join our growing team as we strive to deliver excellence to our customers. Youre a self-starter who will be part of an empowered agile team working on our portfolio of products.
Responsibilities
Must have: Should be expert in international taxation and corporate actions.
Engage with Product, QA, and Support teams to capture and analyze business requirements.
Improve the product by defining new features and providing detailed specifications.
Demonstrate a consistent focus on quality, ensuring that solutions are reliable and robust.
Participate in project planning sessions, analyze requirements, provide design options, and break down work into manageable tasks.
Work within a multi-functional agile team, ensuring clear communication of requirements and feedback.
Review the work of peers and juniors, providing advice and mentorship to benefit the team.
Conduct agile retrospectives and reviews to inspect and adapt, finding innovative ways to make the team work more optimally.
Actively participate in Scrum meetings, providing timely status updates on areas for which you are responsible.
Assist QA team members during regression and in-sprint testing phases by crafting test cases, performing tests, and validating work.
Use data analysis tools to analyze trends, find opportunities, and advise decision-making.
Your Profile
You are a team player, positive in nature and passionate about enabling the effective use of data across the organization. You have an open mind and like to learn and grow yourself as well as helping others do the same.
Further we are looking for a candidate with the following professional competencies:
Expert business analyst with 5 to 12 years of relevant experience and a proven background in software development projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Good communication and presentation skills.
Experience with project management principles and Agile methodologies.
Good knowledge of SDLC and management tools.
Familiarity with requirements management and documentation.
Ability to work independently and multi-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in crafting and performing test cases and supporting QA processes.
