Job Description
Location - Gurugram (On Site)
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand and document reporting requirements and deliver practical reporting solutions.
- Data Analysis: Collaborate with colleagues across different areas to gather and analyze data to understand AS-IS process and provide actionable insights for partner reporting.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes, methodologies, and outcomes. Prepare documentation for partner communication.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of reporting
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with IT and development teams to leverage technology for better reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and systems to streamline processes
- Present findings and recommendations to partners and senior management
YOUR PROFILE
You are an analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable communicating complex information clearly to various stakeholders. You possess strong problem-solving skills and can work independently to meet tight deadlines. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is crucial in this role.
Further we are looking for a candidate with the following professional competencies:
- Experience required at least 5-7 Years into Business Analyst role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Experience in financial services or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a reporting or analytics team.
