As a Product Owner in this role, you will oversee the vision and roadmap for Saviynt Exchange, a marketplace for apps and solutions where Saviynt and its partners can build and publish apps, integrations, connectors, and services. You will be responsible for driving customer adoption, enhancing usability, promoting self-service e-commerce capabilities, and accelerating growth on Saviynt Exchange. Your goals will be directly tied to business metrics such as GMV growth, customer adoption, and operational efficiency.
This is an individual contributor role.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, documentation, product marketing, and our field, to inform the Saviynt Exchange product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
You will collaborate with external partners and customers to gather feedback and insights to share with the team, enhance product-market fit, and strengthen Saviynt Exchange value proposition
You will define, monitor, and enhance key success metrics, driving product excellence.
You will work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
You will write clear and detailed product requirements and user stories. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
You will develop and execute go-to-market plans, including marketing, sales, and customer support strategies. Internal enablement of sales and customer success teams to ensure effective adoption of Saviynt Exchange.
WHAT YOU BRING
8+ years of overall product management experience with Enterprise B2B software.
Solid experience of building, launching and scaling B2B app marketplace, partner-focused programs and integrations
Proficiency with Shopify Plus or other B2B ecommerce platforms, Subscription management & CPQ applications is desired
Ability to gather requirements from third-party providers, vendors, and outline detailed project needs to inform decisioning & prioritization.
Familiarity with user research, UX & UI concepts Experience using agile methodologies Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to gather and analyze customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions
Ability to distill complex concepts into clear, impactful narratives
Experience in identity security & governance domain is a plus
