Roles & Responsibilities:

• Calling Insurance companies on behalf of provider to check on the patient eligibility and benefits / Claim status if claim got rejected
• Should have good knowledge in basic Medical billing terms.
• Should be aware of general benefits and hospital benefits.
• Meeting daily/weekly and monthly quality and production targets set for an individual.

Required Skills:

• Good Typing speed
• Good reasoning and analytical skills
• Good Root Cause Analysis capabilities
• Excellent Vocal Communication
• Willing to work in Night Shift
• Candidates from 2022 to 2024 pass out only eligible
• Preferably Immediate joiners

Benefits: Two way cab (Both pick up & drop)
