Oracle Xstore Specialist (Consultant / Administrator)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Oracle Xstore Specialist who will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Xstore Point of Service solution across our retail locations. The position involves collaboration with both IT and retail operations teams to ensure that Xstore meets functional and technical requirements, improving our store operations and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Configuration & Management
• Configure Xstore for retail environments, including pricing, promotions, and user interfaces.
• Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades in collaboration with Oracle support or implementation partners.
2. POS Operations & Support
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for in-store POS issues (software, hardware, peripherals).
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to transaction processing, payment integrations, and inventory lookup.
3. Store Rollouts & Implementations
• Lead or assist with new store installations and setup of Xstore solutions (hardware and software).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Network, Hardware, Finance) to ensure smooth system deployment.
4. Integration & Data Management
• Work with back-office systems (e.g., ERP, eCommerce) to integrate Xstore transactions, customer data, and inventory updates.
• Maintain data accuracy between Xstore, merchandising systems, and other retail tools.
5. Customization & Enhancements
• Gather business requirements from store operations and design enhancements or customizations in Xstore (receipt templates, user flows, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers or Oracle partners to implement new features and functionalities.
6. User Training & Documentation
• Develop user guides, standard operating procedures, and training materials for store associates and managers.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure adoption of new features and proper usage of the POS system.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience working with Oracle Xstore solutions, including configuration and support.
• Background in retail operations or store systems is highly beneficial.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with Xstore architecture, including database structure and integration points.
• Working knowledge of retail POS hardware (terminals, scanners, payment devices, printers).
• Basic scripting or development experience to adapt and configure Xstore (e.g., XML, Java, or similar).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Customer-centric mindset; focus on improving the in-store user and customer experience.
• Certifications:
• Oracle Retail Xstore certifications (if offered/available) are a plus.

2 ) NetSuite Developer/Administrator (Techno Functional )
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator/Developer to manage, maintain, and optimize our NetSuite ERP platform. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to streamline business processes and provide technical and functional support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, customization, and integration, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Administration
• Manage day-to-day NetSuite operations, including user administration, role/permission management, and system configurations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, resolve errors, and optimize workflows.
2. Customization & Development
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom scripts (Suite Script 1.0/2.0), workflows, and forms.
• Create and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable data insights.
3. Integrations & Data Management
• Integrate NetSuite with other business applications (e.g., CRM, ecommerce, inventory management) via SuiteTalk/web services or middleware tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems by enforcing data governance best practices.
4. Process Optimization
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales teams to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Automate manual processes and implement best practices in order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report cycles.
5. Project Management & Documentation
• Lead or participate in ERP-related projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and training.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and user guides.
6. Support & Training
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for NetSuite issues.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower end users and maximize system adoption.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development experience.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk integrations.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in JavaScript for SuiteScript development.
• Familiarity with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and common integration tools.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes (finance, order management, inventory, etc.).
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management or business analyst experience is a plus.
• Certifications:
• NetSuite Administrator and/or
• certification preferred.
