Job Description for Area Sales Manager

Division: Endocrinology/ Obstetrics and gynaecology/ Urologist/IVF

&

Oncologist (Medical, Surgeon and Radiation Therapy)

Location: Delhi/NCR

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for brand promotion.
• Formulating of Marketing Promotion and Sales Strategies to achieve target Sales.
• Organising appointments or meetings with Customers (Doctors, Retailers, Stockist).
• Carrying out one to one meeting with Doctors and Pharmacist in order to collect information on healthcare supplies.
• Updating themselves about the different medical products and items that are being launched in the market for they need to communicate all details to the customers.
• Analysing training needs with respect to products, behavioural and managerial developing training modules.
• Supervision of medical representative to enhance sales and marketing of Products etc.
• To organizes activities, define priorities, control progress and quality of the performance within assigned region.

Requirements:

• Should be a graduate preferably in Science/Pharmacy.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical products.
• Relevant knowledge about selling process, as well as marketing.
• Should have 5 years minimum experience in Pharma Sales.
• Planning and prioritizing abilities.
