Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Promotion:

• Promote gardening and landscaping products/services to customers and businesses.
• Conduct field visits to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.

Customer Engagement:

• Assist customers with plant selection, care instructions, and landscaping solutions.
• Address customer queries and provide after-sales support.

Market Analysis:

• Gather market intelligence to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies.
• Provide feedback and insights to the team for continuous improvement.

Reporting:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Update management on client interactions and market progress.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Background:

• B.Sc. in Agriculture or a related field.

Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of gardening plants, landscaping, and their maintenance.
• Awareness of plant care, fertilizers, and irrigation methods is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Prior experience in marketing is preferable but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with agricultural or horticultural products is a plus.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
