Skill set:

Hands on experience in CATIA, Teamcenter / Vis mockup tools primarily, MS office tools added advantage.

Domain knowledge:

Having exposure in EV / ICE Electrical distribution systems of HV and LV Wiring, Interiors, Exteriors, etc.

Job Description:

• Understand requirements of project and work with team to achieve deliverables.

• Independently interacts with Engineering / Supplier teams to prioritize assigned tasks.
  
• Good understanding in geometric compatibility of EDS components analyzing surrounding components for feasibility.
  
• With minimal supervision take complete ownership of the tasks and ensure quality deliverables on-time.
  
• Technical understanding of Low voltage and High voltage Wirings.
  
• Understanding the difference of EDS Wiring between ICE and EVs and performing assessment / Feasibility checks accordingly.
  
• Good technical understanding of EVs and applying Dynamic motion requirements to check feasibility / assessments.
  
• Assessing Wiring retention / fixing strategy, meeting minimum bend radius requirements from design point of view.
  
• Assessing or checking feasibility of Connector mating requirements, use of abrasive tapes to meet requirements with environment components.
  
• Claiming ownership in CDHR, track Digital health records and meet 2D/3D PMI details as per latest FECDS standards.
  
• Ensuring part MCI completeness, CAD to BOM alignment and CAD quality deliverables at every gateways.
  
• Correct classification of Cross functional or Engineering issues in DPA assessments to address in right forum and timely resolution.
  
• Ensuring 100% buck quality of all EDS components and CAD readiness for initial P-Release.
