Videographer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Videographer and Photographer to create high-quality visual content for our aesthetic and hair transplant services. The ideal candidate will produce engaging videos and images for marketing campaigns, social media, and patient testimonials while maintaining our brands professional image.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Production:

• Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, treatment procedures, and patient testimonials.
• Create engaging content such as reels, YouTube videos, and brand films.
• Ensure high-quality audio, lighting, and video standards are met.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with brand goals.

2. Photography:

• Conduct professional photo shoots for treatments, patient results, team events, and facility interiors.
• Edit and retouch images to maintain consistent visual aesthetics.
• Manage product and lifestyle photography for social media and website use.

3. Creative Direction & Content Planning:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns.
• Suggest creative ideas for new shoots and visual storytelling.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and visual production techniques.

4. Equipment & Maintenance:

• Handle professional camera equipment, stabilizers, drones, and lighting setups.
• Ensure proper maintenance and storage of all gear and files.

5. Post-Production:

• Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Retouch photos with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Deliver finalized content within tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Film Production, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Videographer and Photographer (preferably in the aesthetics or healthcare industry).
• Proficiency in professional camera operation, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Expertise in editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography and videography work.
• Creative storytelling skills and an eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
