Counselor Responsibilities:
• Understand patients' aesthetic goals and concerns and help them post doctor
consultation with closing of the sales.
• Explain procedures, benefits, risks, and outcomes.
• Educate patients about pre- and post-treatment care, differences between treatments
and Satyas USP.
• Follow up with interested and potential clients and convert them into sales.
• Distribute educational materials and answer patient questions.
• Cross-sell products and services to customer to increase overall Average Customer
Value
• Drive overall clinic revenue and profitability, with key strategies discussed with Top
Management
• Collecting medical history and patient details for suitability for procedures.
• Coordinate with medical staff for accurate assessments and recommendations.
• Schedule procedures and follow-up appointments.
• Address patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed patient records and treatment plans.
• Promote clinic services to potential patients.
• Meet sales targets by converting inquiries into treatments.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience.
• Address patient concerns and complaints empathetically.
• Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage appointment bookings and handle patient correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and maintain a clean, organized work
environment.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a sales professional in a customer interaction setup
• Proven track record in patient consultations and sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
