Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Management:
   
• Develop creative and informative content (posts, reels, stories) related to skincare, hair care, and cosmetic treatments.
• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars.
• Collaborate with the design and photography teams to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
2. Social Media Strategy & Execution:
   
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Run paid ads and monitor their performance for lead generation.
3. Engagement & Community Management:
   
• Respond to messages, comments, and reviews professionally and promptly.
• Build relationships with influencers and collaborate on promotional campaigns.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
   
• Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and suggest improvements.
5. Brand Development:
   
• Maintain consistent brand tone, voice, and visuals across all platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and social media best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive in the aesthetics or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
• Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Strong content writing and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
