Marketing Executive

1. Industry-Specific Knowledge

• Knowledge of logistics operations, including fleet management, route planning, and warehousing
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA modules for transport and finance

2. Sales & Business Development

• Lead generation and prospecting for new clients
• Building and maintaining relationships with chemical manufacturers and suppliers
• Contract negotiation and pricing strategy
• Identifying new market opportunities and trends

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Understanding customer requirements and providing customized transport solutions
• Managing service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Handling complaints and escalations effectively

4. Negotiation & Communication

• Strong negotiation skills to finalize contracts and rates
• Clear communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

5. Coordination with internal customers (Operations team) and Sales department.
