Accounts Head - Manufacturing Firm - CA (8-12 yrs)

- Managing day to day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger entries.

- Managing the fixed asset accounting process including capitalization.

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

- Supervise and co-ordinate with all team members to run entire accounting operations smoothly.

- Handling month-end closing activities, account reconciliations, etc.

- Preparation of financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss

- Account, Cash Flow Statement and MIS accurately.

- Preparation of monthly stock reports

- Handling statutory audit and tax audit and ensuring timely completion of audits.

- Assisting the management in budgeting, cost control and other financial matters.

- Providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.

- Managing direct and indirect tax activities.

Qualifications & Experience: CA with 8 - 10 year's experience in manufacturing industry

Skills:

1. Hands on experience in SAP.

2. Team mentoring

3. Proficiency in Excel
