Position Title : Technical Project Manager

Role and Responsibilities :

- This role entails the responsibility of developing comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals based on the standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

- Engaging in the overall planning process of resources to ensure project deliverables are met is a key task.

- You will be involved in continuous monitoring of the progress of the projects and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

- Communicating proactively with all involved team members to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement changes.

Required Experience/ Skillset :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience is a must.

- Minimum three years management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers. Demonstrated experience of managing a team of minimum 5-6 members.

- Demonstrated experience in SQL or any similar query-based language.

- Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written.

- Experience or understanding of Project Management frameworks is advantageous.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and time management skills.

- Strong team leading abilities and interpersonal skills.
