About The
Role :

:We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a proven track record in promoting finance and insurance apps

You will be an individual contributor initially, responsible for crafting and executing high-performing app marketing campaigns

As you demonstrate success, there will be an opportunity to build and lead a team focused on app user acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute a targeted marketing strategy to promote our finance and insurance app across India.

Distribute and leverage available coupons to enhance user acquisition and retention.

Craft and implement high-performing app marketing campaigns through digital channels, including social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising.

Collaborate with B2B platforms to expand our apps reach and drive user growth.

Analyse marketing performance and optimize strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maximize ROI.

Establish and nurture partnerships with financial institutions, insurance companies, and other relevant organisations to boost app subscriptions.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, user preferences, and the competitive landscape.

Work closely with the product and development teams to ensure effective communication of the apps features and benefits.

Gather and act on user feedback to continuously improve the apps market positioning and user experience.

Requirements

Extensive experience in app marketing with a focus on finance and insurance apps.

Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement in the finance and insurance sectors.

Strong experience in distributing and utilising coupons to drive app promotion.

Experience collaborating with B2B platforms to grow app visibility and user base.

Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics specific to the finance and insurance industry.

Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimising marketing efforts.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.

Familiarity with the Indian market and its nuances is essential.
