Application Monitoring:Monitor application performance and respond to alerts, ensuring high availability and reliability of applications..
Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve application issues, working closely with the Application Support Lead and other team members to ensure timely resolution..
Database Management:Assist in writing and optimizing SQL queries for MS SQL and PostgreSQL, focusing on performance and indexing..
Documentation:Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation, including troubleshooting guides and RCA documents..
Collaboration:Work with the Application Support Lead and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions..
User Support:Provide technical support to users, addressing their inquiries and assisting them with application-related issues..
Deployment Support:Assist in application deployments using Docker, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions..
Qualifications.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)..
1-3 years of experience in application support, database management, or a related field..
Proficiency in MS SQL and PostgreSQL, with hands-on experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries..
Familiarity with Docker for application deployment..
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting..
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders..
