Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience with Statistical Analysis (Mandatory skill).

Expertise in Lead Generation (Mandatory skill).

Strong understanding of Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing and sales strategies.

Capability to handle Contract-to-Hire (C2H) business models.

Demonstrated experience in Business Development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation tactics.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster business retention and growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized business proposals and strategies.

Conduct statistical analysis to measure and optimize the effectiveness of business development initiatives.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive advantage.

Prepare and deliver detailed business reports and presentations to stakeholders.

Coordinate with the IT Staffing Augmentation and Software Testing Lab divisions to leverage cross-divisional opportunities.
