Job Description
- Strong communication skills
- Expertise in creating Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Prior experience in Microfinance or Financial Institutions.
- Vendor management, including agreement negotiation, onboarding, invoice validation, and payment processing.
- Coordination with cross-functional teams to facilitate vendor onboarding and timely payment release.
- Sound understanding of RBI guidelines applicable to NBFCs and MFIs, including Outsourcing, KYC, Digital Collection, and Lending.
- Reconciliation of Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Analysis of industry trends and provide bench marking for business efficiency.
- Able to implement projects in live environment.
- Understanding the operational requirements and provide support to field staff for their day to activity related to the allocated projects.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze legal agreements.
- Available to work in flexi hours as required by the organization.
