Job Description

The Field Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers by visiting them on-site. This role involves promoting the company's products or services, achieving sales targets, and gathering market insights to contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Activities:
    • Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
    • Promote and sell products or services to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
    • Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
    • Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed database of client interactions.
  3. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Collect market and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on customer needs and preferences.
  4. Field Visits:
    • Conduct regular visits to assigned territories to increase product visibility.
    • Identify and onboard new dealers or distributors as needed.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
    • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
    • Familiarity with the local market and geographical area.
