Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Interfaces:
  
• Design, implement, and maintain payroll data interfaces between various HR systems and payroll software (primarily ADP).
• Troubleshoot and resolve any payroll data integration issues to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Ensure all payroll-related data (hours worked, deductions, benefits) are accurately transferred to ADP and other external systems.
• Base Benefits Administration:
  
• Administer employee base benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, retirement plans) and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Process enrollments, updates, and terminations of benefits in accordance with the HR and payroll systems.
• Coordinate with external benefits providers to ensure timely and accurate benefit enrollments and deductions.
• Time & Labor Module Management:
  
• Manage the Time & Labor module to track employee attendance, work hours, overtime, and other time-related data.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping systems integration with payroll for precise pay calculations.
• Maintain and update the time and labor system to comply with labor laws and company policies.
• SQL & Data Management:
  
• Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, analyze, and report on payroll, benefits, and timekeeping data.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used for payroll, benefits administration, and reporting.
• Generate custom reports related to payroll, benefits, and time & labor as required by the HR or Finance departments.
• ADP Expertise:
  
• Use ADP for payroll processing, benefits integration, and time management functions.
• Resolve any discrepancies between ADP payroll data and other HR systems.
• Stay current with updates and new features in ADP to optimize payroll efficiency and compliance.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to payroll, benefits, and labor tracking.
• Assist with preparing year-end reports, audits, and tax filings related to payroll and benefits.
• Cross-Department Collaboration:
  
• Collaborate with the HR, IT, and Finance departments to align payroll, benefits, and timekeeping processes.
• Provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries, benefits enrollment, and timekeeping issues.Role & responsibilities
