Job Description
1. Post: Research Associate (1 No.), the appointment will be on fixed tenure basis
Education: The applicant must have a graduate / post graduate, preferably in Textile
Work Responsibilities:
The candidate needs to coordinate for implementation and monitoring of Government sponsored projects,
The candidate needs to coordinate demonstration of agrotextile products at demonstration centre established by SASMIRA.
Coordination with the Agriculture university departments, farmers and SASMIRA
Experience in product development, field trials, training etc. would be preferred.
The candidate would be posted at Navsari / Mumbai.
2. Post: Research Associate (1 No.), the appointment will be on fixed tenure basis
Education: The applicant must have a post graduate, preferably M.Sc. (Hort.) Vegetable Science
or Floriculture / M. Sc. (Agri.) (Agronomy).
The candidate needs to coordinate for implementation and monitoring of Government sponsored projects
The candidate needs to coordinate for field trials, studies and demonstration of agrotextile products at demonstration centre established by SASMIRA.
The candidate needs to monitoring the data collection with the IoT system and needs to collect data manually as well for analysis of the agrotextile impact on the microclimate.
Experience in field trials, climatic impact on crops, crop cultivation practices, protected
cultivation and training etc. would be preferred.
The candidate would be posted at Navsari.
3. Post: Research/ Technical Assistant (1 No.), the appointment will be on fixed tenure basis
Education: The applicant must have a graduate, preferably B. Sc. (Hort.) / B.Sc. (Agri.)
