Job Description

SAS ONE Pvt Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager - Sales & Business Development to join our team. This role is critical in driving business growth, developing strategic relationships, and expanding our market presence within the semiconductors and IT industry.

New Business Development: Identify and connect with potential clients and partners in the embedded industry to drive new business opportunities.
Client Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and secure repeat business.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and analyze competitor activities.
Exhibitions and Trade Shows: Represent SAS ONE at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads, network with potential clients, and promote our solutions.
Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and successful deal closures.
Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, monitor performance against targets, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities for the companys embedded solutions to expand our market presence.
Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with other companies and organizations in the embedded industry to enhance business opportunities.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and active participation in industry events.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting our capabilities and value proposition.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Growth Strategy: Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand the companys market presence and achieve business objectives.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of competitors and market trends to position the company effectively and stay ahead of industry developments.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to align efforts and achieve business objectives.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the semiconductors or IT industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and market research skills.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with embedded solutions and technologies.
- Existing network of contacts within the semiconductors or IT industry.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
