Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales teams across 10 branches.
- Oversee Branch Managers to ensure effective sales strategies and achievement of branch-wise sales targets.
- Formulate and implement strategies to achieve the company s overall sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all branches.
- Coordinate with the head office for sales updates, reporting, and strategy alignment.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with the Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to streamline loan processing.
- Regularly review branch performance and address any gaps in sales targets.
- Prepare and present reports on branch performance to the senior management.
- Qualifications Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) and 3 years in Business Loans (BL).
2. Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving business targets.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple branches and ensure performance consistency.
5. Proficiency in handling operational challenges and fostering team growth.
