Job Description

Manage and oversee all aspects of the loan management software, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

Lead the IT department, handling daily software-related tasks, troubleshooting, and maintaining system integrity.

Ensure effective coordination between the IT department and other business units to support operational goals.

Develop, maintain, and optimize databases, ensuring data security and efficient data management using DBMS and Oracle technologies.

Generate and analyze reports based on system data to aid in business decision-making.

Work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors for software customization, updates, and integration with other systems.

Ensure system compliance with industry standards, privacy, and security policies.

Supervise and guide a team of developers, providing technical leadership when needed.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recommend relevant technologies to enhance business operations.

Qualifications Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure and software in a financial services company.
3. Expertise in Oracle/SQL database management and DBMS.
4. Full-stack development experience is preferred.
5. Strong knowledge of system architecture, software development life cycle, and database management.
6. Proven experience in managing and leading IT teams.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Excellent communication and project management abilities.
