SarvaGram - Senior Backend Engineer - Java Technologies (4-6 yrs)

Requirements :

- Strong individual contributor who can complete works autonomously with no regular need for review.

- Investigation and root cause analysis of software and system defects.

- Understand the technical aspects of the products used to support the configuration management activities of the development process.

- Deep, substantial expertise in multiple programming environments.

- Scaling, Performance, and ensuring the high availability and Quality of the products.

- Experiment with new and relevant technologies and tools, and drive adoption.

- Experience in developing distributed data processing, stream or batch, systems.

- Coordinate with architects, development team, and business analysts.

Must-Have :

- 4 to 8 years of experience in back-end development (Designing, developing, testing, and deploying large-scale applications)

- Demonstrated expertise in building and enhancing Java and Spring-based microservices.

- Expertise in Java and Spring Framework - Java 8 or higher.

- 2+ years of experience with the AWS cloud platform.

- Strong framework experience using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.

- Strong foundation knowledge of Design patterns and experience in applying them to solve use cases.

- In-depth knowledge of relational databases and any NoSQL database.

- Experience implementing and consuming large-scale web services.

- Experience using system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks.

- Strong understanding of Caching and messaging platforms.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualification :

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science or related field.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to frameworks like Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.

- Worked on technologies like Elastic Search, Redis, and MongoDB.

- Understanding of Monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, and any APM.
