Director Marketing & Communications

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Work with various stakeholders internal & external to achieve brand objectives
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for new market launches from promotional perspective.

2. Digital Marketing & E-commerce:

• Oversee digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, email, social media).
• Enhance online reputation through reviews and ratings.

3. Communications & Public Relations:

• Craft and implement effective PR strategies along with Sarovar PR Team
• Build relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Manage crisis communications.

4. Campaigns & Promotions:

• Conceptualize and execute targeted campaigns (promotional offers/ ROI campaigns).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, revenue, operations) on lead generation campaigns
• Measure campaign ROI and adjust strategies.

5. Content Creation & Creative Direction:

• PLan content strategies (visual, written, video) in coordination with partners.
• Oversee creative direction for marketing materials (collaterals, website).
• Ensure brand messaging consistency.

6. Budgeting & Performance Analysis:

• - Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of marketing experience in hospitality industry is preferred and experience of engaging with Brand agencies
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns with reputed hotel chain(s)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and hospitality marketing trends
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Graduate degree in Marketing or related field
