Room Attendant

Room Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Clean and service guest rooms daily following hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all areas, ensuring a spotless and fresh environment.
• Restock supplies, such as toiletries, minibar items, and guest amenities.
• Report any damaged furniture, fixtures, or maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Ensure efficient use of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Guest Service & Room Readiness:

• Ensure all rooms are fully prepared before guest check-in.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, such as extra towels, pillows, or housekeeping services.
• Respect guests privacy and personal belongings while servicing rooms.
• Assist guests with basic inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

Public Areas & General Housekeeping:

• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, elevators, and public areas.
• Assist in cleaning and organizing storage rooms and housekeeping carts.
• Ensure hotel corridors are clear of debris and guest-related items.

Health, Safety & Hygiene Compliance:

• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain compliance with hotel sanitation policies and hygiene standards.
• Report any safety hazards or concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.

Inventory & Supplies Management:

• Handle housekeeping supplies efficiently, ensuring minimum wastage.
• Report low stock levels to supervisors for timely replenishment.
• Properly use and maintain housekeeping equipment and tools.
