Job Description

Role & responsibilities-

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand the customer base for our cloud-based software services.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and new prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and pitching to closing and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and product development teams to ensure accurate communication of client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.


Preferred candidate profile-

Familiarity with following technologies are preferred

  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Hostinger
  • Selling SAAS Products, ERP, CRM, Project Management Tool, Applications (E-Commerce, learning platforms etc)
  • Programming Languages & Frameworks: Python, Java, JavaScript, NodeJs, ReactJs, Springboot etc.
  • APIs & Integration Tools: RESTful APIs, Postman
  • DevOps Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins
  • Databases: SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sales tracking tools.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills-

  • Experience selling custom software solutions like ERP, CRM, Project Management Tool, Applications (E-Commerce, learning platforms etc) and SAAS Products.
  • Understanding of the service, product, and manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies to enhance outreach.

Prior experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
