Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage visually appealing posts, carousels, and stories to promote our ERP, attendance management, POS, and other software solutions.

- Create and edit reels/videos to effectively communicate product features and benefits.

- Stay updated on social media trends to keep content relevant and engaging.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall strategies and campaign goals.

- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies and improve engagement.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).

- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro).

- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms, trends, and features.

- Strong creativity, storytelling, and communication skills.

- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
