SAP WM Consultant - E2E Implementation (5-16 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP WM (Warehouse Management) Consultant with expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP WM processes, configurations, and integrations. This role involves leading SAP WM implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, and delivering solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP WM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, customization, and go-live support.

- Configure and optimize SAP WM module functionalities, including inbound, outbound, internal warehouse movements, and physical inventory processes.

- Design and implement warehouse structures such as storage types, storage bins, and warehouse sections.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP WM with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules.

- Develop and implement user exits, BAdIs, and custom enhancements in the SAP WM system.

- Manage and resolve issues related to SAP WM in day-to-day operations and project delivery.

- Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

- Participate in SAP upgrades and migrations, ensuring WM-related functionalities are effectively transitioned.

- Advise on industry best practices and innovations in warehouse management.

Required Skills :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP WM configuration and implementation.

- Proficiency in SAP WM processes such as goods receipt, goods issue, put-away, picking, packing, and inventory management.

- Knowledge of RF (Radio Frequency) integration and SAP Console/ITS Mobile.

- Experience in handling batch management, handling units (HU), and serial number management in SAP WM.

- Understanding of warehouse processes in automated warehouse environments.

Integration Skills :

- Integration experience with SAP MM, SD, PP, and EWM modules.

- Familiarity with third-party system integration using IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills :

- Ability to analyze and resolve issues in warehouse processes efficiently.

- Experience in optimization of warehouse operations using SAP solutions.
