What You'll Do

• Design and build stable and scalable AI-based solutions, PoCs and first versions of new products & features. Make critical design decisions selecting underlying technologies.
• Take ownership of AI delivery with the AI Factory for RISE along with key stakeholders and be responsible for AI factory delivery globally. This will include timely enablement, close collaboration with Product teams to validate new AI scenarios before they are released to customers. Be responsible for building automations and working with a cross board team for adoption for AI with AI Delivery. You will work with the Global program manager for AI factory & delivery.
• Work alongside colleagues in a cross-functional team to develop and deliver modular, reusable components, ensuring they can be seamlessly integrated across a diverse array of cloud technology environments.
• Explore and assess new technologies in the field of generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-augmented development, tools, and infrastructure to evolve existing highly used functionalities and services in the cloud.

Tech Expertise:

Delivery of AI scenarios with techno-functional skills across the SAP Stack of SAP S/4HANA, AI Stack, BTP, Gen AI Hub, SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry/Kyma, Docker, Cloud-Native Development, TypeScript, SAP CAP.

What You Bring

• Proven experience developing solutions & projects at a global scale in a cross-board team. The stack will include SAP S/4HANA techno-functional scenarios, S/4 Stack, and SAP Business Technology Platform stack.
• solid understanding of AI modelling and methodology and tools in addition to general AI/ML & Gen AI.
• Prior experience in conceiving microservice environments including containerisation and implementation with Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Kyma, or SAP AI Core
• Deep knowledge of software development with Python and JavaScript. Experience with others, such as SAP UI5, ABAP, or JAVA, is a plus. This will be used to design solutions and troubleshoot implementations in the AI Factory.
• A strong understanding of machine Learning and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, SAP HANA APL/PAL, scikit-learn, and their application to business environments.
• Prior experience with cloud/hybrid machine learning, data integration, data modeling, data analysis, integrations, and the development of applications and architectures
• Extensive statistics, probability, and linear algebra knowledge with superior analytical skills.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information.
• Team-oriented with demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
• 16-20+ years of relevant professional experience and a relevant college degree
