Job Title : SAP FICO Consultant (S/4 HANA).
Location : Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong background in S/4 HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in SAP FICO, specializing in financial accounting and controlling modules, with expertise in S/4 HANA implementations.
This role involves end-to-end configuration, support, and continuous improvement of SAP FICO processes to drive financial and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities :
1. S/4 HANA Implementation and Configuration :
- Lead the implementation of SAP FICO solutions within S/4 HANA, configuring financial accounting and controlling modules.
- Customize and optimize SAP FICO functionalities based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with S/4 HANA capabilities.
- Manage system configurations, data migration, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. , MM, SD, PP).
2. Financial Accounting and Reporting :
- Configure and support general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting, integrating real-time data capabilities of S/4 HANA.
3. Controlling and Cost Management :
- Oversee costing models, product costing, and profitability analysis within SAP FICO.
- Optimize internal controls, cost center accounting, and profit center accounting.
- Develop and refine cost allocation methods to provide accurate insights for decision-making.
4. Integration and Process Improvement :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements leveraging S/4 HANA's advanced capabilities.
- Participate in system upgrades, troubleshooting, and resolving complex SAP FICO issues.
5. Documentation and End-User Training :
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of SAP FICO functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users, enhancing user experience and productivity.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO with at least 3 years focused on S/4 HANA.
- Proficiency in financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) modules, including AP, AR, GL, AA, PCA, and CCA.
- In-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA capabilities, Fiori applications, and best practices for FICO implementation.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance and accounting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred :
- SAP certification in FICO or S/4 HANA.
- Experience in data migration and SAP Activate methodology.
